摘要 当数字媒介营造的参与式文化氛围日渐强烈时,"赋权"作为一个关键词开始受到学界的关注。对于青少年而言,赋权概念的价值取向在于引导他们以乐观的态度积极参与各种网络活动,从而提升自己的权力意识和参与能力。换而言之,青少年以数字媒介为平台,充分利用大众传媒资源,学会使用并有效利用媒介工具,将自己的"声音"传播到信息世界中,并为促使整个社会的民主化进程贡献力量。由此可见,青少年参与数字媒介的使用具有重要意义和必要性。青少年在数字世界里的具体表现有哪些?他们获得了怎样的权力和能力?数字媒介对青少年自身发展的意义有多大?美国"数字化青春"项目在大量实证研究、分析的基础上,深入探讨了上述问题,这对我国青少年数字素养教育具有一定的指导意义。 When the digital media to create a participatory culture atmosphere is strong, "empowerment" as a keyword has been noticed by the scholars. For young people, the value orientation of empowerment concept is to guide them to an optimistic attitude to actively participate in all kinds of network activities, so as to enhance their power consciousness and capacity of participation. In other words, teenagers to digital media as platform, make full use of media resources, learn to use and effective use of media tools, will be their "voice" spread to the world of information, and the process of democratization promotes the whole society to contribute to the. Thus, the use of youth participation in the digital media has great significance and necessity. What are the specific performance of youth in the digital world? They acquire how power and ability? Digital media on the development of adolescent self sense of how much? USA "digital youth" project in a large number of empirical research, based on the analysis, in-depth study of the above problems, it has certain guiding significance for the youth digital literacy education in china.
