摘要
目前,江苏省的水利事业获得了快速发展。因此,切实、科学管养水利设施,对促进江苏省水资源和水生态环境又好又快的发展具有十分重要的意义。依据现有的规程、规范,并结合工程需要,建立钢闸门运行管理数据库,以实现钢闸门安全技术文件的集成管理,从而确保钢闸门的规范、程序化管养。
At present, Jiangsu province water conservancy has obtained the fast development. Therefore, practical, scientific management and maintenance of water conservancy facilities, which is important to promote the development of Jiangsu water resources and water ecological environment and fast. Based on the existing rules, norms, and combined with the engineering needs, establish the steel gate operation and management of the database, in order to realize the integrated management of technical documents of steel gate security, so as to ensure the steel gate normative custody.
