摘要
目的探讨海藻多糖对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜损伤修复质量和相关因子的影响。方法观察不同药物剂量的海藻多糖对胃溃疡大鼠模型胃黏膜的改变和PGE2、EGF含量变化,从而评估该药物对胃溃疡的治疗程度。结果海藻多糖对胃溃疡大鼠治疗效果以中剂量组为最佳,其可以增加胃部黏膜厚度,降低肌层黏膜缺损程度并且能够增加胃黏膜PGE2和EGF含量,从而达到治疗胃溃疡的目的。结论海藻多糖对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜修复有一定治疗作用,其机制可能是通过增加胃黏膜PGE2和EGF含量而达到治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of algal polysaccharides on the gastric mucosa repair and the change of correlation factors in rats with gastric ulcer. Methods To assess the efficacy of algal polysaccharides on rats with gastric ulcer, we evaluate the impact of algal polysaccharides in different dose on gastric mucosa rats with gastric ulcer and the change of the content of PGE2 and EGF. Results Algal polysaccharides in the middle dose has the best effect on gastric ulcer rats though reducing the muscularis mucosa defect degree and increasing the content of PGE2 and EGF in gastric mucosa. Conclusion Algal polysaccharides have a great effect on gastric mucosa repair in rats with gastric ulcer though increasing the content of PGE2 and EGF in gastric mucosa.
