Compare the Effect of Three Kinds of Airway Moist on the Airway Humidification of Machinery Ventilates Patient

目的探讨三种气道湿化方式对机械通气患者气道湿化效果的影响。方法收集本科90例经人工气道行机械通气患者,平均分成三组,分别采取三种不同气道湿化方式,通过湿化效果及肺部感染情况进行比较分析。结果使用呼吸机加温湿化管道系统进行气道湿化效果明显好于其他两种气道湿化方式。结论通过呼吸机加温湿化管道系统进行气道湿化具有较好疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of three kinds of airway moist on the airway humidification of machinery ventilates patients. Methods 90 cases of machinery ventilates patients via artificial airway were divided into three groups averagely and every group used different kind of airway moist. The wetting effect and lung infection were compared among three groups. Results The effect of ventilator pipes with heated humidifier system airway is better than the other two methods of airway humidification.breathing machine plus temperature humidity to piping system on airway humidification was better than the other two types of airway moist. Conclusions There is a good effect of breathing machine plus temperature humidity to piping system on airway humidification and worth to be expanded.
