一起500kV GIS异响缺陷的检测分析与处理 被引量:13

摘要 GIS设备内部缺陷严重影响电网的安全稳定运行,开展GIS设备带电检测及故障诊断技术具有重要意义。结合一起500k V变电站GIS设备异响缺陷实例,通过运用超声波检测、气体组分测试、红外测温以及振动测试等多种带电检测手段进行异响缺陷定位与分析,得出了设备内部由于屏蔽罩松动而引起振动的结论,通过解体验证了结论的正确性。最后,针对此类缺陷提出相应的处理措施和反事故措施,具有较高的现场指导意义。 The safe and stable operation of the power grid are affected by GIS internal discharge, So, developing live testing and fault diagnosis of GIS equipment technology is absolutely necessary and significant. Combined with an example of abnormal sound defect for 500 k V GIS, abnormal sound positioning and analysis is carried out through the use of ultrasonic testing, gas composition testing, infrared temperature and vibration testing and other means, the conclusion that vibration appeared inside of the equipment caused by the loosening of shield is verified by disintegration. Finally, the appropriate countermeasures and anti-accident measures are put forward.
