摘要
本文详细介绍了对智能低压配电监控系统采用组态软件IFIX进行二次开发的步骤和方法,完成了该系统SCADA软件的设计。通过对有关数据的采集与监控,实现了远程测控、数据图表显示和存储、系统运行过程的数据分析等功能。主要设计内容包括:系统配置、I/O驱动器配置、过程数据库的应用开发、建立HMI实时监控画面、通过图表显示实时与历史数据、完成报警配置等。设计过程对于低压配电监控领域的智能化设计具有重要的参考价值。
This paper propose to introduce the steps and methods that how to use IFIX to develop an intelligent low voltage distribution system. The SCADA system is designed successfully. It can collect and monitor the data, remote monitoring, data display by chart, data storage, data analysis and other functions during system is running. The main design details include: system configuration, I/O driver configuration, develop process database application, the establishment of real-time monitoring HMI, display the real-time and historical data, alarm configuration, etc. The design methods can be used to design the intelligent low voltage distribution system.
