基于光电图像处理的卷烟滤棒圆周在线自动控制系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 卷烟滤棒在卷烟生产过程中其形状尺寸的好坏会直接影响卷烟的生产质量和效率,因此生产合格的卷烟滤棒是现代卷烟必需的要求。目前在线检测滤棒质量系统是通过气压方式来检测滤棒圆周,该种方式不能进行量化调整,直观性差,操作不方便;本文提出了一种通过光电图像处理来实时检测卷烟滤棒端面,软件分析识别滤棒圆周边界,实时处理输出控制调整信号给现场生产设备,从而保证卷烟滤棒的质量,提升卷烟生产质量。 Cigarette filter tip cigarette production process in its shape and size will directly affect the quality and efficiency of cigarette production, therefore the production of cigarette filter stick is qualified modern cigarette required. The online detection filter rod quality system is adopted to detect circumferential pressure filter, not the way to quantify adjustment, poor visual, inconvenient operation; this paper presents a through the photoelectric image processing to detect cigarette filter rod end, software analysis and recognition of filter rod circumference, real time processing output control signals to the field production equipment, in order to ensure the quality of cigarette filter stick, enhance the quality of cigarette production.
