摘要 电器产品机构零部件公差的选择对于电器产品的性能和制造成本影响较大,需电器产品设计者谨慎选择。传统零部件公差选择方式不仅需要设计者对产品功能、零部件的加工工艺、各类加工设备的性能都相当熟悉,而且设计后的产品精度往往仍偏高,成本仍较高。而精确机械设计的公差设计,可以使公差选择更加合理,使零部件的加工成本降低,使电器产品具有较高的性价比,亦即具有较好的市场竞争力。 The electrical products parts tolerance selection has great effects on the performance and cost of electrical products designers need careful selection.The traditional component tolerance selection method not only needs the designer to the product function, parts processing technology, all kinds of machine tools are quite familiar with the performance, but also design products accuracy ofen remain high, the cost is still high. While the precise mechanical design tolerance, can make the design of tolerance is more reasonable, the processing cost components is reduced, the electrical products has a high price,which has good market competitiveness.
