摘要
依照国家法规,卸载后的禽笼,必须就地清洗消毒去除污垢后才能重新使用。禽笼污垢是以家禽粪便为主的混合性颗粒污垢,污垢的组成形式与经营模式和养殖方式有关。通过几种禽笼清洗消毒方法的研究,选择分站式方法:清洗站,风淋站,消毒站。工艺为:一级冲洗→二级冲洗→三级冲洗→一级清洗→二级清洗→风淋→喷雾消毒。采用多级扇形喷射冲洗方式,冲洗水温从50℃开始逐级增高,冲洗压力逐级增大,总清洗时间超过20s。组合式除渣机构可以将循环槽内的沉积污物和漂浮污物及时清理。风淋装置吹落禽笼上的浮水,让缓释消毒剂发挥作用。分站式方法,节省占地面积,工艺布局合理,适用范围广,禽笼洁净度高,已在大型家禽加工厂取得良好的应用效果。
According to the regulations of the State,the unloaded cages must be cleaned and disinfected on the spot then to reuse. The poultry dirt was mixed dirt particles mainly containing poultry manure. Dirt ingredient was related to business model and culture method. Several methods of poultry cages cleaning and disinfection were studied and sub- station of cleaning station,wind leaching station,disinfection station were chosen. The process was first washing,second washing,third washing,first clean washing,second clean washing,wind leaching and spraying disinfection. The multi- stage fan spray flushing way was taken. The flushing water temperature gradually increased from the beginning of 50℃, the pressure gradually increased,the total cleaning time exceed 20s. Combined deslagging mechanism timely cleanup deposited dirt and floating dirt in the circular groove. The wind leaching station blew off the water adhere to the cages,the slow- release disinfectant will play a role. The sub- station method could save floor area,reasonable process layout,wide application range,high poultry cage spotlessness. Good application effect has been achieved in large poultry processing plant.
