摘要
本文介绍了发电机励磁系统可控硅功率柜智能均流的实现原理及应用现状,并从现场运行角度列举智能均流存在的问题,分析了智能均流降低励磁设备的整体可靠性,影响可控硅换相及暂态过程,使部分元器件承受瞬时冲击和更多的损耗,加快器件的老化,降低了使用寿命。最后得出自然均流才是保证均流的正确方法,并详细介绍了几种影响均流效果的因素和处理措施,为工程设备现场问题的解决提供了参考意见。
This paper introduced the realization theory and application situation of intelligent load sharing about SCR power cabinet in generator excitation system, cited the problems exist in intelligent load sharing from the angle of field operation, and analyzed the following points, intelligent load sharing reduced overall reliability of excitation equipment, impacted the phase commutation and transient process on SCR,made some components bear instantaneous impact and more loss, accelerated the aging of device, and reduced the service life. The final conclusion was that natural load sharing is the correct way to ensure load sharing. In addition, the paper introduced several factors which affect the effect of load sharing and disposal measures, and provided a reference for solving on-site problems.
