摘要
套管作为变压器的重要组成部件,在日常运行中不会轻易发生问题,但是一旦出现故障,对变压器的正常运行将产生严重影响,而变压器套管在日常运行中是无法发现内部缺陷的,只有在停电试验时才有机会对其内部运行环境进行检测,且套管的油务试验未列入例行试验中,如何发现套管的内部缺陷是我们今后重点研究方向,本文主要讨论一起某110k V变电站的110k V变压器套内部故障油色谱严重超标的原因分析研究。
As an important component of transformer, bushing shell rarely a worry in daily operation. But, once a fault, there will be a serious impact on the normal operation of the transformer.There have rarely opportunity to find the fault during the operaion. Detection of internal operating environment can just get a chance during the blackout. It is the key research direction of bushings how to detect internal defects since oil test do not belong to the routine test. In this paper, chromatogram of a 110 k V transformer bushings serious exceed the standard is analysed. The reason for this phenomenon is studied.
