摘要
随着我国国民生活质量的不断提高,以及卤制熟食给人们生活带来的便利愈发明显,我国卤制熟食行业规模也不断扩大,但卤制熟食安全问题也随之暴露。主要从企业管理、政府监管等方面对目前我国卤制熟食安全问题进行探析,并提出相应建议与解决方案。
With the constant improvement of Chinese living quality,as well as the more and more obvious convenience that stewed food bringing to people's life,the scale of spiced food industry was expanding in China. However,the safety problems of spiced food were exposed. Safety problems of spiced food were discussed mainly from enterprise management and government regulation in this article. The corresponding suggestions and solutions were put forward.
