摘要
改革开放以来,我国生猪产业快速发展。生猪存栏量、出栏量和猪肉产量都在成倍增长。与此同时,生猪生产水平明显提高。产业规模化、产业集中度不断提高。但也面临着价格波动剧烈、劳动力和人才短缺、疫病风险和环保压力加大等问题。针对以上存在的问题,提出了:依靠科技进步,提高生猪生产水平,加强疫病防控,加强政策支持力度,加快生猪期货上市,建立生猪市场预警系统,调整生猪产品结构等方面的建议。
Since the reform and opening up,Chinese live pig industry has developed rapidly. The number of live pig in stock,the sell rate and yield of pork are all redoubled. Meanwhile the production level of live pig increased obviously. The scale and concentration degree of the industry was increasing.But there are also many problems such as sharp price wave,the shortage of labor and talents,the risk of epidemic disease and the press of environmental protection and so on. Aimed at the existing problems,some suggestions were proposed,such as increasing production level of live pig relaying on science advance,strengthening the prevention and control of diseases,enhance government＇s support,accelerating live pig futures going public,establishing warning system of live pig market and adjusting the products structure of live pig.
