摘要
讨论了紫胶天然色素的超声波辅助提取工艺、酸碱稳定性及其在真丝织物、棉织物上的染色性能和抗紫外线性能。试验结果表明:在超声波辅助下,紫胶色素的一次提取率提高14.9%;酸碱条件对紫胶色素溶液具有较大的影响,大致呈现两种主要的色调,在p H介于1~3时,紫胶水溶液为橙红色,pH介于4~12时紫胶溶液逐渐变为紫红色。在阳离子改性剂季铵盐、铝媒的辅助下紫胶色素对于丝绸织物及棉织物的染色效果得到提升,丝织物K/S值最高达13.819,棉织物K/S值最高达4.251;丝织物与棉织物色牢度提高,皂洗变色牢度最高达到3~4级,棉织物湿摩擦色牢度最高达到3~4级,染色后真丝织物具有优良的抗紫外性能。
This paper discusses ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of Lac natural pigment,its acid-base stability,dyeing property on silk fabrics and cotton fabrics as well as anti-ultraviolet property. The results show that,under ultrasonic assistance,the first extraction rate of Lac pigment improves 14. 9%; acid-base condition has great influences on Lac pigment solution. Two hues are mainly presented. When p H is between 1 and 3,Lac water solution is orange red. When p H is between 4 and 12,Lac water solution gradually becomes purple red. Under the assistance of positive ion modifiers quaternary ammonium salt and aluminum mordant,dyeing effects of Lac pigment for silk fabrics and cotton fabrics improve. K / S value of silk fabrics is as high as 13. 819,and K / S value of cotton fabrics is as high as 4. 251. Color fastness of silk fabrics and cotton fabrics boosts. Soaping color fastness can reach Level 3 to4. Wet friction color fastness of cotton fabrics can reach Level 3 to 4. After dyeing,silk fabrics own excellent uvioresistant property.
