城市燃气管网过滤器延寿方法综述

Review of Methods Used for Prolonging Life of Filters in Urban Gas Network

通过对城市燃气管网过滤器结构失效的案例,阐明了过滤器结构失效所带来的六大损失——经济损失、资源消耗、能源消耗、危害国家和人民的生命财产、污染环境、违背可持续发展。过滤器在使用过程中,受环境的作用,过滤器失效形式可以归为腐蚀、磨损和疲劳,从三种失效形式分别对过滤器失效的原因进行总结。由于过滤器的寿命是其核心,为最大限度减少材料的提前失效,最大限度延长材料及其制品的使用寿命。从设计、制造、安装、运行环境、维修管理全寿命服役阶段,在提高技术水平和加强基础管理的基础上,探索了预防和控制过滤器失效的方法。

Exampled with the failure occurred in the structure of the filter used in urban gas network,six great losses,which is resulted in this failure,in economy,resource consumption,energy consumption,life and property,environment pollution and continuous development were described.In the application of the filter,with the effect of environment,the failure modes may be corrosion,wear and fatigue.In this paper,the causes of the failure occurred in the filter were summarized from these three modes respectively.In view of that the most concerned is the life of the filter,to avoid the early deterioration of the materials and extend the life of the materials and the filter,from the aspects of utilizing advanced technology and enhancing fundamental management,the methods in preventing and controlling the failure of the filter in the stages of design,fabrication,erection,operation and maintenance were discussed.
