摘要 通过总结大型化工项目中的工程经验,详细介绍了大口径薄壁不锈钢管道系统中管道、管件和法兰的设计方法,其中包含强度计算、设计标准、采购技术规定等,同时突出了项目执行过程中的重点注意事项,为管道材料工程设计的安全性、合理性和经济性提供了可靠的参考。 With the summary of the engineering experiences resulted from large chemical projects,in this paper,the methods used in design of pipe,fittings and flanges in thin wall large diameter stainless steel piping system were introduced in detail,including strength calculation,selection of design standard and preparation of procurement specification.Some important notes in executing project were emphasized.What presented provides reliable references in safety,rationality and economy for piping material design.
