摘要
为预防卧式过滤罐结构失稳,文章探究新型鞍座,通过结构优化使其获得较好的强度、刚度性能。借助creo与workbench软件联合优化分析,获得设计参数与过滤罐强度、刚度之间相关系数,并探讨较为合理设计方案。
In order to avoid instability occurred in horizontal filtering tank,new type saddle was explored and developed,and the better strength and stiffness characteristics were resulted from structural optimization.By using software Creo and Workbench,combined optimization was carried out so that the correlation factor of the strength and stiffness of horizontal filtering tank was obtained.At the same times,comparatively proper design scheme was also discussed.
