摘要 根据甲醇装置合成气压缩机低压缸转子轴位移异常现象,列举出引起压缩机轴位移异常的原因:介质流量变化、排气和进气压差变化、轴位移监测仪表故障、联轴器预拉伸量不合适、止推轴承故障、平衡管堵塞和平衡鼓密封过度磨损或者涂层脱落。结合设备安装和运行的历史记录,通过分析排除方法,推断出此次合成气压缩机低压缸转子轴位移异常的原因是平衡鼓密封涂层脱落。经过拆检证实该推断正确,为准确及时处理故障提供参考。 With respect to the phenomena that abnormal displacement occurred in the rotary shaft in synthesis gas compressor used alcohol plant,the causes were analyzed and listed as:the change of medium flow,the change of differential pressure at inlet and outlet,the faults occurred in shaft displacement monitoring instrument,inappropriate pre-stretch for coupling,faults of thrust bearing,block in balance pipe,and excessive wear of seal or peeling of coating in balance drum.Combined with the installation and operation history of the equipment and using analytic removing method,it was deduced that abnormal displacement occurred in the rotary shaft is due to the peeling of the seal coating in balance drum,which has been proved to be correct from the result of dismounting the machine.What presented in this article may be referenced in treating faults occurred later.
