摘要
对生猪屠宰加工过程进行个体标识、信息收集和录入,建立可追溯体系,为每头生猪配置一个唯一性的可追溯编码。生产者和消费者通过可追溯编码,能够查询对应生猪的相关信息。
The individuals were marked and the information was collected and logged within live pig slaughtering and processing to construct a traceability system. Every live pig was attached with a unique traceability code. The producers and consumers can query relevant information of corresponding live pig on the system through the traceability code.
