摘要
高低压加热器类容器总装环焊缝采用射线检测方法时,将源放入管系最外侧一条U型管中,采用内透偏心法(F<R)多次曝光来完成射线检测。通过对管板管系制图,计算一次透照长度,照相片数及确定分别用哪些U型管放源,从而更高效地完成此类焊缝的射线照相。
In order to examine the final assembled girth weld in low or high pressure heater by RT,theγsource was put into the U-type tube in edge and the examination was finished through multi exposures by eccentric internal transmittance(FR).The length of a single exposure and the number of films were calculated,least exposure times to ascertain which U-type tube should be used.So we can finish the examination efficiently.
