摘要中国经济的发展对外语人才的要求是突出外语综合能力及运用能力， ESP（English for Speciifc Purposes）教学作为专业英语行之有效的教学形式受到了越来越多的重视，但由于历史原因和教师的知识结构问题等原因，中国的ESP教学无论是理论体系和教学实践都还远远落后，探寻出一套行之有效的ESP教学体系已是大势所趋。
