Impact of Social Support and Self-compassion on Suicide Ideation

摘要 为研究高中生的社会支持、自我同情和自杀意念的关系,并探讨自我同情在社会支持与自杀意念间的中介作用,利用中文版的青少年自杀意念量表(PANSI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和自我同情量表(SCS)对814名高中生进行施测。结果表明:(1)高中生的社会支持与自杀意念显著负相关(r=-0.242,p<0.01),自我同情与自杀意念显著负相关(r=-0.480,p<0.01),社会支持与自我同情显著正相关(r=0.290,p<0.01);(2)高中生的社会支持和自我同情对自杀意念有显著的预测作用;(3)自我同情在社会支持和自杀意念之间有部分中介的作用,中介效应占总效应的53.7%。由此可以看出高中生的社会支持、自我同情和自杀意念的关系密切,社会支持既直接影响高中生的自杀意念,同时又通过自我同情间接影响自杀意念。 In order to explore the correlation among the social support, self-compassion and suicide ideation in high school students, and the mediating effect of self-compassion between social support and suicide ideation, the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Self-Compassion Scale(SCS) and Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation(PANSI) were administered to 814 high school students. The results showed that:(1) High school students’ social support was negative correlated to suicide ideation(r=-0.242, p〈0.01), self-compassion was negative correlated to suicide ideation (r=-0.480, p〈0.01), social support was positive correlated to self-compassion (r=0.290, p〈0.01). (2) High school students’ social support and self-compassion had a certain prediction to suicide ideation. (3) Self-compassion played a intermediary role between social support and suicide ideation, and mediator proportion 53.7%. From the results we can see that the high school students’ social support and self-compassioni’s closely related to suicidal ideation, and the social support directly affects suicidal ideation. While the social support can indirectly influence suicidal ideation through self-compassion.
