摘要 目的探讨基于知信行模式(KABP)的健康教育对大面积烧伤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2012年3月-2014年3月接受治疗的183例大面积烧伤患者,随机分为对照组89例和实验组94例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,实验组采用KABP教育模式进行干预。采用自行设计的调查问卷对2组患者的认知情况进行调查,并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2组患者的焦虑以及抑郁情绪进行比较。结果干预后,实验组对相关疾病知识认知程度好于对照组;实验组入院后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组。结论基于KABP的健康教育模式可以有效改善大面积烧伤患者对疾病不良的认知,促进患者健康行为的建立,减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪。 Objective To study the influence of health education with knowledge attitude belief practice (KABP) mode to the anxiety and depression of patients with large area burn. Methods Totally 183 patients with extensive burns from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 94) and control group (n = 89). The control group was given health education by the traditional way. The experimental group was given health education by KABP mode. Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the cognitive of patients. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to investigate the anxiety and depression. Results After intervention, the cognitive level of knowledge related diseases in the experimental group were better than that in the control group, and the SAS, SDS scores in experimental group were lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Health education with KABP mode can significantly improve the awareness level of knowledge related diseases of patients with extensive burns, promote the establishment of health behavior and reduce their anxiety and depression.
