运用HAPPY原则优化课堂教学

摘要 课堂教学是实施职业教育的重要阵地,如何优化课堂教学,使学生受益更大是每个职业院校的教师关心的问题。笔者在接受澳大利亚TAE培训的基础上,总结澳大利亚职业教育的课堂组织特色,提出HAPPY原则并将其运用于教学实践中,使教学效果得到进一步优化。 Teaching in the classroom plays a very important role in the vocational education. Vocational colleges teachers are all concerned about how to optimize the classroom teaching, and how to make students benefi t more from the class. After being trained in TAE from Australia, the author summarized characteristics of class organization in Australian vocational education, put forward the principle of HAPPY and applied it in classroom teaching, thus further optimized classroom teaching.
