摘要
回顾2013年我国炼油工业发展历程,预测2014年我国成品油需求仍将稳步增长;炼油行业将进一步规模化发展;国家将有条件地放开原油进口和使用资质;将加快产能淘汰和转型。
This paper reviewed the development of China＇s oil refining industry in 2013, predicted China＇s oil demand will continue to grow steadily in 2014; the large-scale oil refining industry will develop further; China will conditionally released oil imports and applicable qualification; and it will speed up capacity elimination and transformation.
