摘要
建立了带有中介支承的双转子不对中故障系统动力学模型,利用解析分析、数值分析和实验验证,揭示了双转子系统存在平行、角度不对中故障时,高、低压转子的振动特性。理论分析和实验结果表明,由于高压转子采用中介轴承的支承方式,高、低压转子的振动相互耦合,低压转子的不对中振动特征会传至高压转子,在双转子系统临界转速的1/2处会发生2倍频共振。
A dynamic model for researching the misalignment fault of a twin spool rotor with inter-shaft bearing is established in this paper. The vibration features of high and low pressure rotors are revealed when the twin spool rotor with misalignment fault by analytical analysis,numerical analysis and experiment. The theory analysis and experiment results show that,because of the inter-shaft bearing,the coupling between the high pressure rotor and low pressure rotor is very strong; when the low pressure rotor is misaligned,the vibration characteristics of low pressure rotor can be transferred to the high pressure rotor and will happen double frequency resonance when the speed is half of the critical speed of the twin spool rotor.
