摘要
基于大涵道比涡扇发动机风扇转子易于进行现场动平衡的特点,以带弹性支承的单盘对称转子为模型,根据动平衡的影响系数和转子的振动响应之间的关系,提出了利用影响系数和传递函数对转子动力学模型和模型参数(自振频率、等效刚度和弹支刚度)进行验证和估算的方法。并通过实验验证,验证了上述方法的可行性和正确性。
Based on the feature,it is easy to carry out rotor balance in situ of fan rotor for high bypass ratio turbofan engine,using the model of the symmetric rotor with a single disc and elastic support,and according to the relationship between the influencing coefficients of the rotor balance and the vibration response of the rotor,two methods in which influencing coefficients and transfer functions are used to validate the rotor dynamic model and estimate the model parameters( the natural vibration frequency,the equivalent stiffness and the elastic support stiffness) are presented. The methods are validated by experiments and the results show the feasibility and correctness of the above methods.
