电静液作动器不确定性建模分析与可靠度计算 被引量:8

摘要 不确定性是影响飞机电静液作动器(EHA)可靠性的主要因素。针对消除不确定性影响和提高EHA可靠性的问题,研究了基于概率论的EHA不确定性建模与可靠度计算方法。对EHA不确定性进行了定性分析;在建立EHA线性数学模型基础上,给出了一种不确定性建模方法,并据此分别考虑独立不确定因素和多不确定因素的影响,提出了EHA对这些参数的不确定性建模和可靠度计算方法;以EHA作动筒截面积对输出位移影响为例进行演算,采用Matlab进行仿真对比验证,证明了EHA不确定性模型和可靠度计算方法的正确性。 Uncertainty is one of the main factors that affect the aircraft electro-hydrostatic actuator' s( EHA)reliability. In order to eliminate uncertainty effects and improve the reliability of the EHA,the uncertainty modeling and the reliability calculation method of the EHA are studied based on the probability theory in this paper. The uncertainty of the EHA is analyzed qualitatively,an uncertainty modeling method is proposed based on the established linear mathematical model. Considering influence of the single parameter and the multi-parameters to the model respectively,the uncertainty modeling and the reliability calculation methods of the EHA are established.Finally,the established model is verified by taking the influence of the actuator ' s cross-sectional area to output displacement as an example,and the availability of the method is verified by comparing with the simulation results of the Matlab.
