JCI标准下的疼痛管理对淋巴细胞免疫治疗RSA患者疼痛控制的影响

Effect of pain management in the light of JCI standard on pain control in the treatment of patients with RSA by applying lymphocyte immunotherapy

目的:探讨JCI标准下的疼痛管理对淋巴细胞免疫治疗的复发性自然流产(RSA)患者疼痛控制的影响。方法:将行淋巴细胞免疫治疗的RSA患者84例随机分为观察组44例和对照组40例,对照组给予常规疼痛教育护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予JCI标准下的疼痛管理;对两组患者的疼痛评分和对疼痛控制满意度进行对比研究。结果:观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),对疼痛控制满意程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对淋巴细胞免疫治疗RSA患者实施JCI标准下的疼痛管理,不仅能够有效地减轻患者的疼痛程度,同时也提高患者对疼痛控制的满意度,有利于患者坚持治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the effect of pain management in the light of JCI standard on pain control in the treatment of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） by applying lymphocyte immunotherapy. Methods ：84 patients with RSA were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 44） and the control group （ n = 40 ）. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing care and health education and the patients in the observation group were provided extra pain management in the light of JCI standard. The pain scores of the patients and the degree of satisfaction of patients with pain control were compared between the two groups. Results ： The pain scores were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.051 ; the degree of satisfaction of patients with pain control was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion ：The implementation of pain man- agement in the light of JCI standard can not only effectively alleviate the pain of patients, but also improve the satisfaction of patients with pain control, which can help patients adhere to treatment.
