健康教育在急性胰腺炎合并冠心病患者中的应用

Application of health education in patients with acute pancreatitis associated with CHD

目的:探讨健康教育在急性胰腺炎合并冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法:将60例急性胰腺炎合并冠心病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予常规性护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施健康教育;采用焦虑自评表(SAS)及抑郁自评表(SDS)对两组干预前后心理状况进行评分,比较两组健康知识掌握、治愈信心、健康教育达标及护理满意情况。结果:观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),观察组健康知识掌握率、治愈信心率、健康教育达标率、护理满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性胰腺炎合并冠心病患者实施健康教育可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其健康知识掌握率,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度。

Objective ：To explore the application effect of health education in patients with acute pancreatitis associated with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods ：60 patients with acute pancreatitis associated with CHD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （30 cases in each group ）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided extra health education. The psychological status of the patients was scored by using SAS and SDS in the two groups before and after the intervention, and the patient＇s awareness of health knowledge, confidence, the up - to - standard rate of health education and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results：The SAS and SDS scores were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention in the observation group （P 〈 0.05） ;the patient＇s awareness rate of health knowl- edge, confidence,the up- to- standard rate of health education and satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Health education can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of patients with acute pancreatitis associated with CHD,it can increase the patient＇s awareness rate of health knowledge, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
