三种PICC穿刺部位对患者舒适度的影响

Effect of three kinds of PICC methods on degree of patient's comfort

目的：比较3种PICC穿刺部位对患者舒适度的影响。方法：评估血管后,将539例PICC患者根据穿刺部位不同分为三组,采用肘关节2横指以下部位穿刺95例为A组,肘上2横指处穿刺182例为B组,采用肘关节上3~4横指处穿刺262例为C组。观察比较不同置管部位对患者舒适度的影响。结果：三组PICC置管部位舒适度比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,C组舒适度最高,B组次之,A组最差。结论：上臂PICC置入部位应尽量选择肘关节上3~4横指处,以提高患者的舒适度。

Objective-To compare the effect of three kinds of PICC methods in different sites of puncture on degree of patient＇s comfort. Methods ：539 patients who underwent PICC were divided into group A （n = 95） ,group B （n = 182） and group C （n = 262） after the assessment of the patients＇blood vessels according to the different sites of puncture. The effect of catheterization in the different sites of puncture on the degree of patient＇s comfort was observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the degree of patient＇s comfort among the three groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion：The site of puncture should be chosen at the width of 3 to 4 fingers above the elbow joint when PICC is performed in the upper arm.
