不同准分子激光角膜屈光手术后视觉质量比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的对比分析经不同准分子激光角膜屈光手术治疗后患者的视觉质量。方法 150例行准分子激光角膜屈光手术治疗的眼疾患者为研究对象,根据不同术式将患者分为:手术1组、手术2组、手术3组,每组50例。手术1组采用表层LASEK术进行治疗,手术2组采用基质层LASIK术进行治疗,手术3组采用飞秒LASIK术进行治疗。结果手术3组患者术后视觉质量比手术1组、手术2组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术1组患者术后视觉质量比手术2组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论飞秒LASIK术后患者的视觉质量明显高于基质层LASIK术、表层LASEK术。飞秒LASIK术可明显提升患者术后的视觉质量,值得推广应用。
