摘要
20世纪90年代以来,传统的以"封闭"、"竞争"为主要特征的教师专业发展模式已经与全球化背景下的"开放"、"合作"格格不入,构建以协作的校园文化为基础、以共享的价值观与愿景为指针、以教师的共同发展为旨归的专业学习共同体是时代的需要。要想成功地构建专业学习共同体,首先应协商确定共同的价值观与愿景,构建协作的校园文化,关注教师的共同持续发展。
The traditionaI teacher deveIoPment modeI characterized as“excIusivity”and“comPetition”is incomPatibIe with“oPenness”and“cooPeration”in the context of gIobaIization. Aiming at teachers ’ deveIoPment,the constructing of the ProfessionaI Iearning community is based on the cooPerative camPus cuIture and guided by shared vaIue and vision. In order to construct the ProfessionaI Iearning community,schooIs shouId Put forward their shared vaIue and vision,construct the cooPerative camPus cuIture,and Iay emPhasis on teachers’common and sustainabIe deveIoPment.
