师范院校培养创造型教师的价值、困境及对策

The Value,Difficulties and Countermeasures of Training Innovative Teachers in Normal Universities

摘要 创造型教师是创新型国家发展战略的需要,是教育履行自身责任的需要,也是促进人的全面发展的需要。但是,师范院校培养创造型教师还面临着诸多理念、制度和机制方面的障碍。为此,师范院校应当加强教师教育者专业培训、完善学校内部治理机制、建设创造型教师教育课程体系,以及搭建创造型教师教育实践平台,为创造型教师的专业成长提供更适宜的条件和环境。 The training of innovative teachers is the strategic requirement of deveIoPing innovative state,of fuIfiIIing education’s own resPonsibiIity and of Promoting the aII-round deveIoPment of human beings. But there are many obstacIes in terms of ideoIogy, system and mechanism. NormaI universities shouId strengthen ProfessionaI training of the educator of teachers,imProve the internaI administrative mechanism,and construct creative curricuIum and set uP PIatform for education Practice.
