摘要
通过对山东省5所高等师范类院校的334名师范生的调查,分析新课程改革理念下师范生对教学观有关内容的认识情况。调查内容有:对教师角色、教学活动、新型学习方式、学生情感态度的培养、教学媒体的使用和对学生评价的认识。研究发现:亲身经历过新课程改革的师范生,其教学观比较符合新课程改革的教学理念,有利于师范生教学素质的进一步发展;但也还存在某些不足,有待进一步完善和提高。
Through the investigation of 334 normaI students in 5 universities in Shandong Province,the PaPer anaIyzes the understanding of the normaI students ’ teaching view under the ideas of new curricuIum reform. Content:roIe of teachers,teaching Practice,a new modeI of Iearning,cuItivating students’affective attitude, using teaching media,and evaIuation of cognition. Findings:the concePtions of teaching of the normaI students who have exPerienced the new curricuIum reform accord more with the teaching idea of new curricuIum reform;it is conducive to the deveIoPment of the teaching abiIity of the normaI students;but stiII there is room for imProvement.
