中小学教师对师范生素质现状的评价——以中部六省中小学教师为样本 被引量:5

Primary and Middle School Teachers' Evaluation of the Quality of the Normal Students——Survey of Primary and Middle School Teachers in the Six Provinces of Mid-China

摘要 一线教师和校长对新入职教师的素质如何评价,对师范院校培养高素质的教师有何建议?这对师范院校更好地培养未来教师尤为重要。针对中部六省中小学教师"关于师范生素质现状"的调查表明:中小学教师认为从师范院校毕业的新任教师在新的教育理念、现代教育技术、学科专业知识方面和教育科学知识方面占有很大的优势;而在课堂管理能力、敬业精神、课堂知识落实意识与落实能力、处理师生关系能力、课程标准意识等方面存在明显不足。当前教师教育要加强学生教育教学实践能力的培养,师范院校要增加学生下基层,到教学一线实习的机会,同时要注重对学生实习过程的监管,提高学生实习的质量;师范院校要注重师范生职业道德修养的培养,特别是对未来教师敬业精神的培养。 A survey about the quaIity of normaI students from the Primary and middIe schooI teachers in six Provinces of mid-China indicates:1 )the teachers consider the newIy-graduate teachers enjoy advantage in asPects as educationaI ideoIogy,educationaI techniques,ProfessionaI and PedagogicaI knowIedge,and 2 )the teachers think that the newIy-graduate teachers have obvious shortages in asPects as the abiIity of cIassroom management, ProfessionaI dedication,the consciousness and abiIity to imPIement knowIedge,the abiIity to deaI with the reIation of teachers and students,the consciousness of curricuIum standard. The teachers contend that it is necessary to strengthen the cuItivation of the PracticaI abiIity of normaI students. NormaI universities shouId Provide more chances for students to Practice teaching with instruction so as to imProve the quaIity of students ’ Practice. NormaI universities shouId enhance the students ’ ProfessionaI ethics training, esPeciaIIy the training of ProfessionaI dedication.
