疏血通加依达拉奉结合早期康复训练对急性脑梗死患者神经、运动功能的影响

Influence of Shuxuetong,edaravone combined with early rehabilitation training on neurological and motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的疏血通、依达拉奉联合早期康复训练治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对神经、运动功能的影响。方法将2011年1月-2014年3月本院收治的48例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,各24例。研究组给予“疏血通＋依达拉奉＋早期康复训练”的综合治疗,对照组给予常规内科治疗,治疗2个疗程后,比较两组的疗效及神经、运动功能改善情况。结果研究组的总有效率为87.5%,明显高于对照组的62.5%（P〈0.05）;研究组的NIHSS、FMA评分较对照组改善幅度更为显著（P〈0.05）。结论疏血通、依达拉奉联合早期康复训练能够进一步改善急性脑梗死患者的神经、运动功能。

Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong,edaravone,and early rehabilitation training treating acute cerebral infarction（ACI） and influence of above-mentioned methods on neurological and motor function. Methods From January 2011 to March 2014,48 patients with ACI admitted into our hospital were evenly divided into two groups in random.In the research group,the comprehensive therapy of Shuxuetong,edaravone,and early rehabilitation training was provided, while in the control group,regular internal medical treatment was applied.After two courses of treatment,effect and improvement of neurological and motor function were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the research group（87.5%）was obviously higher than that in the control group（62.5%）（P〈0.05）. Improvements on score of the national institute of health stroke scale（NIHSS） and Fugl-Meyer motor assessment（FMA） in the research group were even more remarkable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong,edaravone combined with early rehabilitation training can further improve neurological and motor function in patients with ACI.
