干扰素联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察干扰素联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的临床效果。方法选择2011年3月-2014年3月本院收治的病毒性肺炎患儿180例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各90例。在常规治疗基础上,观察组给予干扰素α1b及氨溴索雾化吸入,对照组给予利巴韦林雾化吸入。结果观察组退热及咳嗽、喘憋、啰音消失时间明显短于对照组(P〈0.05)。观察组的总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组(87.8%)(P〈0.05)。治疗后,两组的CD3^+、CD4^+细胞及IL-2水平均上升,CD8^+细胞均下降(P〈0.05),但两组治疗后的上述免疫指标差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论干扰素联合氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿病毒性肺炎的效果良好,且较为安全,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of interferon combined with ambroxol for atomization inhalation treating infantile viral pneumonia. Methods 180 children with viral pneumonia in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,and there were 90 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the observation group was treated with interferon alpha1 bcombined with ambroxol for atomization inhalation,the control group was treated with ribavirin for atomization inhalation. Results The time of defervesce,cough,shortness of breath and rale disappearance in the observation group was significantly shorter than those of the control group(P〈0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,it was significantly higher than of the control group(87.8%)(P〈0.05).After treatment,CD3^+, CD4^+cells and IL-2 level of the two groups were increased,CD8^+cells were decreased(P〈0.05),but there was no statistical difference of above-mentioned indicators between the two groups after treatment(P〉0.05).There was no statistical difference of occurrence of adverse reaction in the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Interferon combined with ambroxol for atomization inhalation treating infantile viral pneumonia has good effect,and it is safer.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
