伊托必利联合复方聚乙二醇在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的效果观察

Effect observation of itopride combined with compound polyethylene glycol for bowel preparation before colonoscopy in old patients with constipation

目的探讨盐酸伊托必利联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在老年便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道清洁准备中的效果。方法选取门诊或住院需行肠镜检查的老年便秘患者106例,将其随机分为对照组53例和治疗组53例,对照组检查前6 h服用标准剂量的复方聚乙二醇电解质散,治疗组在对照组基础上,在口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散前30 min口服伊托必利150 mg。观察两组结肠镜检查前肠道准备的清洁度和不良反应情况。结果对照组和治疗组的肠道清洁度总分分别为(7.12±1.15)、(7.87±1.24)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、治疗组患者的不良反应发生率分别为9.4%、7.5%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合伊托必利肠道准备的效果优于单用复方聚乙二醇电解质散。

Objective To investigate the effect of itopride combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for colonscopy preparation in elderly patients with constipation. Methods 106 old patients with constipation from the outpatient or hospitalization with colonscopy were randomly divided into the control group（n =53）and treatment group（n =53）.The control group was given standard dose compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder before 6hours examination,the treatment group was given oral itopride of 150 mg before oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 30 minutes,the cleanness degree of bowel preparation before examination and adverse reaction were observed between the two groups. Results The total score of intestinal cleanness degree in the treatment group and the control group was（7.87±1.24）,（7.12±1.15） points,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction of the control group and treatment group was 9.4%,7.5% respectively,and there was no statistical difference in the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of itopride combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for colonscopy preparation is better than simple compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.
