全程护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者生活质量的影响

Influence of whole-course nursing care on the quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy

目的探讨全程护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选择本院2012年6月-2013年12月收治的86例鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程护理,比较两组的生活质量评分。结果观察组的生活质量评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施全程护理,可显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of whole-course nursing care on the quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy. Methods 86 cases with nasopharyngeal carcinoma from June 2012 to December2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing mode,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given whole-course nursing care.The score of life quality in two groups was compared. Results The score of life quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the whole-course nursing care in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy can significantly improve the life quality.
