全程护理对住院急性阑尾炎患者生存质量的影响

Influence of whole-course nursing on the quality of life in patients with acute appendicitis

目的探讨全程护理干预对住院急性阑尾炎患者生存质量的影响。方法选取本院住院的102例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及干预组,各51例。对照组采取常规护理干预,干预组采用全程护理干预,比较两组干预前后的生存质量及满意度。结果两组干预后的生存质量评分显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后的生存质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的满意度为92.1%,显著高于对照组的51.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施全程护理干预可以改善急性阑尾炎患者的生存质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of whole-course nursing on the quality of life in patients with acute appendicitis. Methods 102 cases with acute appendicitis were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the intervention group was given whole-course nursing.The quality of life and degree of satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively.Results The score of life quality in two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of life quality in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The degree of satisfaction in the intervention group after intervention was 92.1%,which was higher than 51.0% in the control group after intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Whole-course nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with acute appendicitis.
