Orem理论在重型脑外伤颅内血肿患者中的实效性探究

Effectiveness inquiry of Orem theory on severe craniocerebral trauma patients with intracranial hematoma

目的探讨Orem理论在重型脑外伤颅内血肿患者中的实效性。方法选取2013年1月-2014年6月本院收治的52例重型颅脑外伤颅内血肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各26例。观察组采用Orem护理模式,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组治疗后的日常生活活动能力及并发症情况。结果观察组治疗后的Barthel指数为（69.46±13.62）分,显著高于对照组的（54.78±12.14）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为23.08%,显著低于对照组的69.23%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Orem护理模式能够提高重型颅脑外伤颅内血肿患者的治疗效果,改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of Orem theory on severe craniocerebral trauma patients with intracranial hematoma. Methods 52 severe craniocerebral trauma patients with intracranial hematoma form January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,26 cases in each group.The observation group was given Orem nursing model,the control group was given routine nursing care.The activities of daily living and complications was compared respectively. Results The Barthel index of the observation group after treatment was（69.46±13.62） point,which was higher than（54.78±12.14） point in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was 23.08%,which was lower than 69.23% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orem nursing model can increase the treatment effect of severe craniocerebral trauma patients with intracranial hematoma and improve the prognosis.
