从患者疾病预防角度建立循证护理服务模式的探讨

Discussion on establishment of evidence-based nursing service mode from the patient′s disease prevention angle

循证护理是未来护理工作的发展趋势之一,其优势是能将最新的研究依据及时地应用于临床护理工作中,从而提高护理质量。通过笔者调查分析,循证护理在医院的应用情况并不理想。为了更好普及该方法 ,本文从疾病预防的角度介绍建立循证护理服务模式的必要性,分析开展循证护理工作中存在的问题,并针对这些问题,重点从开展系统的培训、建立良好的资源获取途径和积极的引进护理人才三个方面,论述循证护理模式的建立方法 。

Evidence-based nursing is one of development trends of future nursing work,its advantage is to study on the basis of the new and timely applied to clinical nursing work,so as to improve the quality of nursing care.But through the investigation and analysis,evidence-based nursing is not ideal in the applicationcondition of the hospital.In order to popularize this method better,this article from thedisease prevention.This paper introduces the necessity to establish evidence-based nursing service mode,analyzes the existing problems in the work of evidence-basednursing,and in the light of these problems,three aspects focus on the introduction ofnursing personnel from the systematic training,establish a good access to resourcesand positive,discusses the methods to establish the evidence-based nursing mode.
