门冬氨酸钾镁针剂治疗室性期前收缩的效果观察

The effect observation of potassium-magnesium aspartate injection in treatment of ventricular premature contraction

目的：观察门冬氨酸钾镁针剂治疗室性期前收缩的临床效果。方法将2009年1月～2013年1月入院行动态心电图检查，动态心电图24 h室性期前收缩〉4000次，符合入选标准的86例患者，随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（36例），对照组选择美托洛尔、美西律、普罗帕同、胺碘酮等常规抗心律失常治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予门冬氨酸钾镁针剂。治疗前后监测血清钾、镁的变化。结果治疗组治疗前后血清钾、镁差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05，P〈0.01），对照组治疗前后血清钾、镁差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；治疗组与对照组治疗后血清钾差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），血清镁差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗组总有效率为78.00%，显著高于对照组的55.56%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论门冬氨酸钾镁针剂治疗室性期前收缩疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of potassium-magnesium aspartate injection in the treatment of ventricular premature contraction. Methods 86 patients with ventricular premature contraction 〉 4000 times by 24 h Holter monitoring were enrolled from January 2009 to January 2013,and were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （36 cases）,the control group were treated with metoprolol,mexiletine,propafenoe,amiodarone and other routine anti-arrhythmic therapy,the treatment group were taken with potassium-magnesium aspartate injection on the basis of control group therapy.The changes of serum potassium,magnesium before and after treatment was moni-tored. Results After treatment,serum potassium,magnesium level of the treatment group had significant difference com-pared with before treatment （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;the control group had no significant difference （P〉0.05）;After treatment, serum potassium level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）,but serum magnesium level had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.00%,higher than 55.55% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of potassium-magnesium aspartate injection in treatment of ventricular premature contraction is remarkable.
