锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果及其对患儿免疫功能的影响

Clinical effect of Zinc preparations adjuvant treatment for infantile diarrhea and its impact on immune function in children

目的：探讨锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果及其对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选择本院2013年6月～2014年6月收治的小儿腹泻患儿86例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组各43例，对照组患儿给予常规对症治疗，研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予锌制剂口服治疗，治疗1周后评价两组的治疗效果，患儿治疗前后均采血检测细胞免疫功能（CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋及CD4/CD8）。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.3%，高于对照组的81.4%，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.379，P〈0.05）。治疗1周后，研究组CD3^＋、CD4^＋及CD4/CD8高于对照组，CD8＋明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论锌制剂辅助治疗小儿腹泻能够保护肠黏膜，提高治疗效果，并能改善患儿免疫功能，对治疗及预防腹泻有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zinc preparations adjuvant treatment for infantile diarrhea and its impact on immune function in children. Methods 86 cases of children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into research group and control group,43 patients in each group, patients of control group were given with conventional symptomatic treatment,patients of research group were given with Zinc preparation oral treatment on the basis of control group.After one week treatment,the treatment effect of two groups were evaluated,before and after treatment,all children were thaken blood detection in order to evaluate cellular immune function （CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and CD4/CD8）. Results The total effective rate of research group was 95.3%,higher than 81.4%of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.After one week treatment,the CD3^＋,CD4^＋and CD4/CD8 of research group was higher than that of control group,CD8＋was lower than that of control group,the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zinc preparations adjuvant treatment for infantile diarrhea can pro-tect the intestinal mucosa,improve the therapeutic effect and can improve immune function in children,has positive ef-fect on the treatment and prevention of diarrhea.
