综合护理对人工髋关节置换术老年患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing on anxiety and depression and postoperative pain in elder patients with artificial hip replacement operation

目的探讨综合护理干预对股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换术老年患者焦虑抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响。方法将62例行人工髋关节置换术的老年患者随机分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31),对照组给予骨科常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理。结果观察组干预后的SAS、SDS评分分别为(40.83±5.35)、(41.38±5.46)分,显著低于对照组的(53.61±8.84)、(53.52±7.29)分(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛程度分级明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能明显缓解老年人工髋关节置换术患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,降低疼痛程度。

Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention onanxiety and depression and post-operative pain in elder patients with artificial hip replacement operation. Methods 62 elder patients with artificial hip replacement operation were randomly divided into the control group （n=31） and observation group （n=31）,the control group was given the routine nursing of department of orthopedics,the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing. Results SAS,SDS score of the observation group after intervention [ （40.83±5.35）,（40.83±5.46） points respectively] was obviously lower than that in the control group [（53.61± 8.84）,（8.84 ±7.29） points respectively] （P〈0.05）.Pain degree grading of the observation group was obviously better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly relieve anxiety and depression in el-der patients with artificial hip joint replacement surgery,reduce the pain degree.
