输卵管妊娠伴失血性休克的临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of tubal pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock

目的探讨综合护理在输卵管妊娠伴失血性休克患者治疗中的应用效果。方法对本院42例采用综合护理模式的输卵管妊娠伴失血性休克患者的临床及护理资料进行回顾性分析,并与采用传统护理模式的38例患者进行对比,比较两种护理方法的临床效果、护理满意度。结果经积极抢救和护理,综合护理组治愈28例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率为97.62%,而传统护理组则治愈10例,有效21例,无效7例,总有效率为81.58%,综合护理组的总有效率明显高于传统护理组(χ2=9.568,P<0.05);综合护理组的护理满意率为100.00%,显著高于传统护理组的86.84%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施能够有效改善输卵管妊娠伴失血性休克患者的病情,促进其康复,其效果显著优于传统护理措施,具有非常重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing in treatment of patients with tubal pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock. Methods Nursing and clinical data of 42 cases with ectopic pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock given the comprehensive nursing model in our hospital were retrospectively ana-lyzed and 38 patients given the traditional nursing model were compared with the comprehensive nursing group,the clinical effect and satisfaction degree of nursing in the two kinds of nursing method was compared. Results After ac-tively rescue and care,28 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate in the comprehensive nursing group was 97.62%,while 10 cases were cured,21 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffec-tive,and the total effective rate in the traditional nursing group was 81.58%,and the total effective rate of the compre-hensive nursing group was higher than that in the traditional nursing group （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of nursing in the comprehensive nursing group （100.00%） was higher than that in the traditional nursing group （86.84%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures can effectively improve the illness of patients with tubal pregnancy complicated with hemorrhagic shock and promote the rehabilitation of them.Its effect was significantly better than the traditional nursing measures,which has an important clinical significance.
