围术期连续一体化优质护理在高龄不稳定性转子间骨折手术中的应用效果

Application effect of continuous integration high quality nursing in the perioperative period in the operation of senile unstable intertrochanteric fracture

目的探讨围术期连续一体化优质护理在高龄不稳定性转子间骨折手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析在围术期分别采用普通护理和"连续一体化"优质护理患者56例的临床资料。结果优质护理组的术后并发症发生率(14.28%)低于普通护理组(42.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期连续一体化优质护理对不稳定性转子间骨折髋关节置换术后患者的恢复有重要意义,可显著降低术后并发症发生率,提高手术治疗效果,应在临床大力推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of continuous integration high quality nursing in perioperative period in the operation of senile unstable intertrochanteric fracture. Methods The data of 56 patients given with the general nursing and continuous integration high quality nursing in the perioperative period were analyzed retrospec-tively. Results Incidence rate of postoperative complication in the high quality nursing group （14.28%） was lower than that in the general nursing group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous integration high quality nursing in the perioperative period has important significance for patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture after hip joint replacement,and can obviously reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complication,improve the treatment effect of operation,and it should be promoted vigorouslyin clinic.
