眼针疗法与常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症对照研究

Control Study on the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Ocular Acupuncture and Routine Acupuncture

目的:观察眼针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用眼针疗法,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,两组疗程均为2周。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床缓解35例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率为96.00%;对照组临床缓解30例,显效11例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率为92.00%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of ocular acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：100 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,50 cases in each.The treatment group were given ocular acupuncture and the control group were treated with routine acupuncture,2 weeks for both groups.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results：In the treatment group,35 cases were clinically relieved,8 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 2 cases were invalid,the total efficiency being 96%; while in the control group,30 cases were clinically relieved,11 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 4 cases were invalid,the total effective rate being 92%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ocular acupuncture therapy indeed had a curative effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,worthy of being promoted.
