加减归肾丸结合针刺对女性免疫性不孕患者IL-6、β-EP及ENK的影响

The effect of Jiajian Guishen Pill combined with acupuncture on IL-6、β-EP and ENK of patients with immune infertility

目的观察加减归肾丸结合针刺对女性免疫性不孕患者IL-6、β-EP和ENK的调节,以及患者妊娠率的情况。方法采用随机对照试验,将36例患者分为加减归肾丸结合针刺组和加减归肾丸组,每组各18例。加减归肾丸组采用归肾丸加减治疗,加减归肾丸结合针刺组在加减归肾丸治疗的基础上加用针刺治疗,取穴次、关元俞、肝俞、肾俞、三阴交、太冲。结果加减归肾丸结合针刺组妊娠率为38.87%,加减归肾丸组妊娠率为16.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加减归肾丸结合针刺组治疗前IL-6[(429.12+123.20)pg/m L]、β-EP[(18.93+8.33)pg/m L]和ENK[(23.92+8.41)pg/m L]与治疗后IL-6[(359.13+81.71)pg/m L]、β-EP[(13.84+4.96)pg/m L]和ENK[(17.62+2.97)pg/m L]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加减归肾丸结合针刺组治疗后IL-6[(359.13+81.71)pg/m L],与加减归肾丸组IL-6[(429.93+84.96)pg/m L]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减归肾丸结合针刺治疗可通过对免疫性不孕女性神经—内分泌—免疫网络的调节,从而改善机体免疫环境,增加其妊娠机率。

Objective To observe the pregnant rate and change of IL-6,β-EP and ENK of female patients with immune infertility treated by Jiajian Guishen Pill combined with acupuncture. Methods There is a randomized controlled trial. 36 patients were divided into Jiajian Guishen Pill combined with acupuncture group and Jiajian Guishen pill group（ 18 cases in each group）. Jiajian guishen pill combined with acupuncture group was treated by Jiajian Guishen pill combined with acupuncture（ the acupoints are Ciliao,Guanyuanshu,Ganshu,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao,Taichong） and Jiajian Guishen Pill group was treated by Jiajian Guishen Pill. Results The pregnant rate of Jiajian Guishen Pill combined with acupuncture group was 38. 87%,and Jiajian Guishen Pill group was 16. 67%. There was significant difference between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant different change of IL-6 [（ 429. 12 ＋ 123.20） pg / m L]、β-EP[（ 18. 93 ＋ 8. 33） pg / m L]and ENK [（ 23. 92 ＋ 8. 41） pg / m L]before treatment and IL-6[（ 359.13 ＋ 81. 71） pg / m L]、β-EP[（ 13. 84 ＋ 4. 96） pg / m L]and ENK[（ 17. 62 ＋ 2. 97） pg / m L]after treatment in Jiajian Guishen Pill combined with acupuncture group（ P〈0. 05）. There was significant difference of IL-6 [（ 359. 13 ＋ 81.71） pg / m L] in Jiajian Guishen Pill combined with acupuncture group and [（ 429. 93 ＋ 84. 96） pg / m L] in Jiajian Guishen Pill group between two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jiajian Guishen Pill combined with acupuncture can improve the immune environment and raise pregnant rate through regulating NIM of female immune infertility.
